CONDUCT RULES

These Conduct Rules form part of, and are incorporated into, the Fan Agreement (clause 9) and the Talent Agreement (clause 13). They apply to every person who uses the Greet platform. They are applied by Greet in a non-discriminatory manner to all users.

You agree to obey all applicable laws when using the Service and to treat all other users with respect and courtesy at all times, and to comply with any and all instructions that may be given to you by Greet's moderation team. You are responsible for the content and/or communications you make, send to or initiate via the Site and for everything that you say or do during a Greet or Session.

Prohibited Conduct

You specifically agree (in relation to the Service and all Greets and Sessions) to:

• not conduct any form of activity or transmit any content or material which is (or might be likely to be) unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, racially-offensive or otherwise includes objectionable material or material that might infringe the rights of any other person;
• not make any threats of violence, intimidation, or physical harm or any incitement to violence or dangerous activity (real or perceivable);
• not offer or refer to any content depicting or glorifying violence;
• not offer or refer to any terrorism-related content (including promotion or support);
• not use or refer to any slur, dehumanising language or symbol associated with any hate group;
• not use or refer to any content that might sexually exploit, endanger or depict minors in a sexual context;
• not offer or refer to or exhibit any sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornography, or sexual solicitation, offers of sexual services or non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualised interactions;
• not engage in any commercial activity;
• not impersonate any person or entity;
• not (and not attempt to) record, screenshot, stream, reproduce and/or distribute any Greet or Session without the prior written consent of Greet;
• not ask any other user for private or off-platform contact details;
• not attempt to bypass any Greet queue system, moderation tool or safety measure;
• not engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service or Site (or any part thereof);
• not publish your own (non-Greet) details or those of anyone else;
• not register more than one account for yourself or anyone else;
• not input or transmit content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorised access to any data or other information of any third party;
• not make any use of the Content that would infringe the copyright therein;
• not attempt to modify any software or Content obtained through the Service for any reason whatsoever, including for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of the ownership or source of the Content or removing (or trying to remove) any "DRM" (digital rights management) information or metadata, save as permitted by applicable law;
• not input or transmit anything which could be used to determine or alter the architecture of the Site, or could be used to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Site;
• not collect personal data about any other user for any purpose;
• not use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Site;
• not impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Greet's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Site; and
• not, for any reason whatsoever, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any security components, usage rules or other protection measures applicable to the Service or Content.

For the avoidance of doubt, you hereby agree to abide by the above Conduct Rules, which are applied by Greet in a non-discriminatory manner to all users. Users are warned that breach of any of the above Conduct Rules may lead to civil or criminal liability.

Reporting

If you encounter or become aware of any objectionable or infringing or unlawful content available within a Greet or Session or anywhere on or via the Site, please immediately report such material (and the specific time and location), or if you believe that you are the owner of the copyright or other rights in any material appearing on the Site, or if you have any other complaint about the Site or any Content or other posted materials, please contact us via support@greet.live. There may be adverse legal consequences if you make a false or bad faith allegation through this process.
