SAFETY AT GREET
Effective Date: 1 June 2026
This page is for information only. It explains how Greet Limited (Company No. 16731554) ("Greet") works to keep the Greet platform safe for fans and talent, and what to do if something goes wrong. It is not a contract and does not form part of the Fan Terms of Service or Talent Terms of Service. The rules everyone agrees to live in those agreements and in the Conduct Rules.
A managed platform
- Greet facilitates and manages live, paid, time-specific video sessions; the experience itself is delivered by talent.
- Greet is not a passive intermediary. We may intervene in, pause, reschedule, or end a session, and suspend or terminate accounts, where this is needed to keep users safe or comply with the law.
- We work in line with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and equivalent regimes in other markets.
How we keep the platform safe
- Identity and age assurance for talent and, on a risk-based basis, for fans — see Age Verification.
- In-session moderation tooling including reporting, blocking, muting, and the ability for talent or fans to end a session at any time.
- Automated and human review of safety signals, reports, and high-risk sessions.
- Recording for safety — sessions may be recorded for safety, safeguarding, and dispute resolution. Users are notified before a session begins and indicators are shown during recording. How recordings are used and retained is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Specialist response for safeguarding, child-safety, and law-enforcement matters, including reporting to the UK Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and other competent authorities (and, where jurisdictionally relevant, the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)).
What we expect of everyone
- Treat others with respect; no harassment, abuse, threats, hate, or discrimination.
- No sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance), no non-consensual intimate content, and no content that endangers vulnerable users.
- No incitement to violence, terrorism, or self-harm; no glorification of serious harm.
- No fraud, impersonation, off-platform payment circumvention, or doxxing.
The full list of prohibited conduct is in the Conduct Rules.
When rules are broken
Depending on what has happened, Greet may take action to protect users — for example:
- issue a warning;
- require additional verification;
- limit features (e.g. messaging, monetisation, discoverability);
- intervene in, pause, reschedule, or end a live session;
- withhold, reverse, or claw back payouts pending investigation;
- suspend or terminate an account; and
- preserve and disclose data to law enforcement where the law requires it.
Users aged 13–17
- Users aged 13–17 get additional safeguards described in our Age Verification page, including private-by-default profiles, restricted feature sets, and no profiling-based advertising.
- We may apply enhanced moderation, recording, and review to any session involving a user aged 13–17.
- Parents and guardians can contact safety@greet.live with concerns.
Reporting and emergencies
You can report content, conduct, or accounts at any time using in-product reporting tools or by emailing safety@greet.live. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also email urgent-safety@greet.live for matters requiring rapid action by Greet's safety team.
