COOKIE POLICY

Effective Date: 1 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Greet Limited ("Greet") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Greet websites and applications (the "Platform"). It supplements the Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies including local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, pixels, SDKs, and device fingerprints. Throughout this Policy, references to "cookies" cover all such technologies.

2. Categories We Use

2.1 Strictly necessary

Required to deliver the Platform — for example authentication, session continuity, load balancing, security (CSRF), payment flow, and storing your cookie preferences. These are always set and cannot be disabled.

2.2 Functional

Remember your preferences such as language, theme (dark/light), device choices for video calls, and recently viewed talent.

2.3 Analytics and performance

Help us understand how the Platform is used, diagnose errors, and improve features (for example Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, Sentry error tracking). Loaded only after consent in regions requiring opt-in.

2.4 Marketing

Measure campaign performance and, where you have consented, show relevant Greet promotions on third-party sites. We do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising for the purposes of US state privacy laws and we do not "sell" personal data.

3. Consent

For visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and other regions requiring opt-in consent under PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive, or equivalent law, we display a consent banner on first visit. Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. For US residents in states recognising the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising.

4. Indicative Cookie List

The list above is indicative. The current authoritative list is accessible via the in-product cookie preferences panel.

5. Managing Cookies

  • Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer to toggle categories at any time.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Disabling necessary cookies may break parts of the Platform.
  • For US residents: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser for an automatic opt-out signal where supported.

6. Do Not Track

The Platform does not respond to Do Not Track headers as there is no industry-standard interpretation. We do honour Global Privacy Control where applicable.

7. Changes

We update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes. Material changes are highlighted on the consent banner.
